2. Services & Appointments

All services are performed by licensed professionals.
Appointments are subject to availability and confirmed only after booking through our system.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or professional reasons.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without prior notice.
Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your appointment or membership.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other options listed on our booking platform.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations may result in a 50% service charge.
No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

5. Packages & Memberships

Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
Sessions must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.
Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified.

6. Products & Returns

Retail products may be exchanged only if unopened and in original condition, within 7 days of purchase.
Opened or used items are non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website.
