At Urban Concept by Phil, we strive to provide exceptional services and products.
Because of the nature of our work, all services rendered are non-refundable.
If you are not fully satisfied, please let us know during your appointment so we can make reasonable adjustments.

Service Refunds

Hair Services: We do not issue cash refunds once a service has been performed.

If you experience concerns about a service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment for a complimentary adjustment, subject to evaluation.

Adjustments must be scheduled within 14 days of the original appointment.

Packages & Memberships

All packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

Sessions included in packages must be used within the specified validity period.

Retail Products

Products may be exchanged or refunded only if unopened, unused, and in original packaging, within 7 days of purchase.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Online Purchases
For products purchased through our website or booking platform:
